Ho ho ho – Christmas is coming and House of Fraser is calling all festive superstars!

Let’s face it, there’s nothing quite like finding a place to work that’s filled with passion, opportunities to grow and lots and lots of – and we mean almost-can’t-move because there are so many – fabulously talented people.

The first of House of Fraser’s Christmas Elves to apply have already secured a seasonal job in House of Fraser stores! Why not join them? (They won’t make you wear a pointy hat, we promise.)

Let’s do Christmas!

Main Responsibilities

As one of House of Fraser’s temporary Sales Advisers, you’ll roll out the red carpet and put on a real show for customers – creating memorable experiences that keep them coming back for more. Offering everything from a warm welcome to friendly fashion and product advice, you’ll talk people through the brands, encourage them to try on clothes without fear, serve them at the tills, and be there to answer any question they have about fashion.

The Ideal Candidate

Above everything, they look for personality. They look for passion. And they look for people who know what it takes to deliver the kind of customer service we all love to receive. You’ll need to be committed to hitting targets too – and you’ll do this by getting to know customers and identifying the products that will look absolutely fabulous on them.

About The Company

At House of Fraser, not only will you work with some of the most talented people in the business – their training and support means you’ll be well on your way to becoming one yourself. So, do the extraordinary and grow your career with House of Fraser.

They’re so much more than another department store on the high street. Every one of the stores is a total one-off, with its own unique heritage and personality. And their expansion online is taking the world by storm too.

A past to be proud of

The story begins way back in 1849, when a family-run drapery shop, which had ambitions bigger than most, opened its doors in Glasgow.

The way we do things
Vision & Values

Sure, their vision for the future is the guiding light. But it’s their values that shape the way they do things.

We take them very seriously
Our responsibilities

They might be growing at an unprecedented rate, but that means it’s more important than ever before to do things in the right way.

Going global

The sky’s the limit when it comes to how far, and how fast, they’re growing. It makes for a more exciting time to join them than ever before.
