12 Days of Christmas, Mell Square
The following rules and competition terms and conditions (“Rules” and “Terms and Conditions”) from Mell Square (“The Promoter”) apply to the 12 Days of Christmas competition (“the competition”), which will run daily from 01/12/2020 to 11/12/2020, and over a 48-hour period from 12/12/2020 to 14/12/2020 (“the Duration”).
Prizes 1-11
- Each daily competition will commence at 9 AM and remain open for 24 hours.
Prize 12
- Competition will commence at 9 AM on 12/12/2020 and end at 9 AM on 14/12/2020.
Prizes 1-12
- The competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over (at the time of entry).
- Employees of the Promoter, their dependents, suppliers and retailers or any person connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
- The Promoter is offering the following prizes:

Day 10 – 10/12/20
1 x Children’s bundle from Mini Mini Kids worth £50. A choice of 1 x ‘Baby Bundle’, 1 x ‘Toddler Bundle’ (to include books and games) or 1 x ‘Older Children’s Bundle’ (to include art crayons, pencil case and bath set).
Day 11 – 11/12/20
1 x £30 @Everymanbarbers gift voucher
And
1 x Cut and finish with a stylist at James Bushell, Solihull worth £49. The cut and finish with a stylist can be booked directly with the salon any day (Monday -Saturday) subject to availability.
Day 12 – 12/12/20
1 x £300 Travel Bag voucher
- To enter on Facebook, entrants must ‘Like’ the post and comment why they would love to win the gift. To enter on Instagram, entrants must ‘Like’ the post, comment why they would love to win the gift and tag a friend who’d love to enter.
- The entrants from Facebook and Instagram will be combined and one winner will be chosen for each prize. Selection of the chosen winner is final. No correspondence shall be entered into.
- One entry per person, per daily draw only. Any duplicate entries will not be included in the final draw.
- No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted, or incomplete. Use of false details will result in disqualification. The entry must be made by the person entering the competition, entries submitted through third parties, agencies or by automated means (such as scripts or macros) will not be accepted.
- The winner will be drawn at random from the entries received and will be notified by private/direct message after the competition closes. It is the responsibility of entrants to notify the promoter of any change of contact details. In such cases verification of identity may be requested.
- If the winning participant do not respond to correspondence within 3 days of notification or has privacy setting which means we are unable to contact them via private/direct message, the winning participant will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected.
- The winner is to collect the prize from the relevant store in Mell Square, with the exception of gift vouchers, which will be posted to the winner on receipt of their address.
- The prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- By entering this promotion, you accept these rules and agree to be bound by them.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion due to circumstances arising beyond its control.
